Take Action to Defend the Guard
Join us in taking action to support HB141 to ensure that the Kentucky National Guard is only deployed with proper congressional authorization, as the Constitution requires. Your voice is crucial in this legislative process.
The Kentucky Defend the Guard Act is currently in the House Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection Committee, where it must pass by a majority vote to move forward in the legislative process.

What is Defend the Guard?
